After the success of his "Blue Mandolin" album, Jimi Hocking returns to his beginnings as a Blues/Rock artist by popular demand on this his latest album. As he states, "I recently found new enthusiasm for my early electric guitar style. I started playing my old solid body 'Les Paul Gold Top' again… the guitar I considered to be ‘my voice’ when I bought her in the 1980’s".

A mix of covers (Down The Dustpipe, Black Betty) and originals, are all stamped with that distinctive Jimi Hocking sound, both vocally and instrumentally.
